RESOURCE BASED METHOD OF COST

This book is about the cost estimate of the whole building based on total medium cost buildings’ constituent resources’ costs that entails materials and labour. It is a simple resource – based –costing model. It is worth noting that equipment is not included here as a resource because all works in medium cost buildings are labour based where artisan and their assistants takes up the works that could have been done by the equipments
